Who we are
Ahbap DOO is a limited liability company founded in Belgrade on 11 June 2024 and registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR). Its principal activity is 4690 – non-specialised wholesale trade. Our warehouse and sales point are on Dobanovački put in the Altina neighbourhood, one of the main roads between Zemun and Surčin. The location gives quick access to residential and industrial projects in western Belgrade, New Belgrade and the motorway network.
"Ahbap" means a close friend in Turkish. The name sums up the relationship we want with customers: more than selling a product, supporting the tradesperson, the site manager and the purchasing officer so that the job is finished on time with the right materials. The founders' experience in construction and hardware trading, the business links between Turkey and Serbia and a local network in Belgrade shaped the company as it is today.
What we do
Ahbap DOO specialises in hardware, building materials and occupational safety equipment. Our wide range covers needs from large construction projects to everyday maintenance and repairs. The main product groups are:
- Power and cordless tools: rotary and demolition hammers, angle grinders, circular saws, cordless drills and drivers, mixers, welding machines, laser levels and spare parts.
- Drilling and cutting accessories: SDS-plus and SDS-max concrete bits, chisels, wood and metal drill bits, hole saws, metal and Inox cutting discs, diamond discs and circular saw blades.
- Hand and measuring tools: pliers, spanner sets, screwdrivers, hammers, tape measures, spirit levels, squares and toolboxes.

- Construction chemicals and fixing materials: silicones, PU foams, chemical anchors, ladders, formwork and rebar tools, welding electrodes.

Ahbap DOO is an authorised Bosch Professional dealer in Serbia. This status guarantees that the Bosch products we supply come through the authorised channel, are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty. We supply power and cordless tools from the professional blue range, measuring tools and lasers, garden machines, drill bits, saw blades and cutting discs. Bosch products not listed in the catalogue can be requested by adding the model or 10-digit part number to the quote list.
The practical benefits for customers are direct warranty handling, correct matching of tools and accessories (battery platform, SDS class or disc diameter, for example) and reliable technical information.

How we work
The website currently works as a catalogue; prices are given in a written quotation according to quantity and delivery terms. The process has four steps:
- Choose products: add items to the quote list, or type the model number of items not in the catalogue.
- Send the request: the list is sent with one click and reaches our e-mail immediately. You can also contact us via WhatsApp, Viber or phone.
- Written quotation: you receive the price including VAT, delivery cost, lead time and validity.
- Delivery and invoice: goods are dispatched after confirmation. Companies receive an e-invoice through Serbia's SEF system; private customers receive a fiscal receipt.
Delivery and service area
We serve companies, construction sites, tradespeople and private customers in Belgrade and throughout Serbia. Stock items are usually delivered by courier anywhere in Serbia within 1–3 working days; delivery within Belgrade and collection from the warehouse are also available. Delivery terms for heavy and bulky items (ladders, wheelbarrows, pallets) are stated separately in the quotation. The company is also open to cooperation across Europe.
Our approach to quality and safety
In occupational safety we prioritise the protection of workers with certified, durable products. For personal protective equipment, the standard and protection class (e.g. S1P or S3 for safety shoes, EN 388 for gloves, EN 397 for helmets) are clearly stated on product pages and in quotations. For machines and accessories we check technical compatibility – tool holder, bore, speed, battery platform – at the quotation stage to prevent buying the wrong product.
